Queen is supposedly one of the higher-ups in the Armada. There are many theories to who she is, especially if she is Kane's mistress, but no theories have been proven. As pictured with the higher Clockworks, she may have considerable power within the Armada.
Queen is first encountered when going to the city of Florenza. The player and his companions walk into the throne room with Don Armando, a Monquistan diplomat, to see his majesty, King Casimir. As it was being announced that the diplomat had arrived, the player's companions immediately realized that Kane and Queen were also in the presence of his royal highness. Kane recognizes the player in no less than two seconds, and immediately demands the player character be apprehended. The player deals with the Valencian royal guards, and Queen (also being a power figure in Valencian politics) declares the player and his companions "enemies of Valencia"! She then also demands that Battle Angels be called in to swiftly deal with the player and his/her crew, despite Don Armando's warning of diplomatic immunity.

She oddly survives the fight with Kane. Once the player leaves the machine's core, with the rest of Kane's Court (Kane included) strewn about like so many broken toys, she seems to have resurrected herself somehow. She puts her mask on and laughs. This had led some to believe that Queen may be the main antagonist of the second arc, but it has yet to be confirmed by Kingsisle.
